Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING METHODS

We ship domestically via FedEx, UPS, or USPS. Shipping and handling fees include insurance for the amount of the purchase price via FEDEX. We can ship domestic via USPS with tracking number but no insurance coverage. If you want additional insurance for your purchase please contact us prior to completion of your order.

Your shipping rate is based on order weight, destination zone and the delivery option you have chosen.

EASY MERCHANDISE RETURNS (U.S.)  

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Purchased items are accepted for refund if returned undamaged within 7 days of receipt, unless we specify prior to purchase or shipment that item(s) must be returned within a shorter timeframe.  All returns must be accompanied by a sales receipt. Returns are credited or refunded in the same payment method used to purchase the merchandise. Customer's account will be credited within 5 business days and it will show on your next statement depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. Keep a photocopy of your sales receipt for your records. Special orders and custom-made items are not returnable.

Please contact us at info@thepearlcollector.comprior to returning an item for shipping instructions.  All returns require a Return Authorization number to be issued prior to being returned. Returned products must be undamaged, include original outer packaging, invoice and be received within 7 days of the date shipped. Returns sent without the Return Merchandise Authorization number and incomplete or otherwise non-conforming returns may not receive a full refund.

You are responsible to return the items to us. Please keep record of your shipping tracking number. We are not liable for lost, damaged, misdirected, or delayed mail. For your protection, we recommend that you insure your return and use a traceable carrier that can provide you with delivery confirmation. Postage and handling charges, both to and from our facility will be paid by the customer, and are non-refundable.

Attention:

Custom orders cannot be returned or refunded at any time. Final sale and Clearance items are considered final-sale items and cannot be returned.
